Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Embrace Maths, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all users — parents, guardians, and students.
Who may use the platform
Embrace Maths is intended for children preparing for the 11+ Maths examination. Accounts must be created and managed by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Student accounts are linked to a parent account and are not standalone.
Subscriptions and payments
Access to 10-minute practice tests requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew. Mock exam papers are available as separate one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Refund policy & Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act, you have a 14-day right to cancel. However, by starting a practice test or accessing a mock exam, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that your right to a refund is waived once the service has been accessed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share your login credentials outside your household or attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute any platform content or question banks. The platform is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Intellectual property
All content on Embrace Maths — including questions, explanations, reports, and platform design — is the intellectual property of Nisha Kumar / Embrace Maths. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Embrace Maths provides educational practice materials and is not responsible for examination outcomes. The platform is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy, we make no guarantees about the specific results your child will achieve.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
